You guuuuuys! This is the coolest product of 2023 and you can get it at @shop.sweet.elizabeth⁠

So what is it? It’s a sprinkle pen that allows you to place the sprinkles right where you want them every single time!⁠
⁠
You warm up the food-safe material before you do anything so that when you twist the top- it’ll just come out. You can use a heat gun or warm water- I did warm water and it worked like a charm.⁠
⁠
When the material comes out, you just mold it with your fingers to a point so you can easily touch a sprinkle and pick it up.⁠
⁠
The material doesn’t dry out, but if you want a fresh start- you just pinch the tip and twist the top and you get a fresh piece!⁠
⁠
Don’t throw away the case! That’ll keep it clean and fresh for ya- plus it’s cute! Have you ever tried something like this?⁠

After tweaking my long time Vanilla Bean Cake recipe I finally found the perfect combination of fluffy, and buttery!⁠
⁠
Here’s what makes this cake special:⁠
•reverse creamed method. ⁠
•whisk attachment ONLY⁠
•sub and adjust the buttermilk for heavy cream⁠
•slightly warmed ingredients to 70F⁠
•bake low and slow ⁠
⁠
The salted butter, heavy cream and vanilla bean paste create a creamy, rich batter that bakes into three beautiful 8-inch rounds, while the egg whites add structure and lift.⁠
⁠
I’m obsessed with this cake, I hope you love it!
