Holly’s work has been featured on several online platforms. This year, Broussard took home a Silver Medal for her sculpted showpiece in the Professional Division at the country’s largest cake expo. She has been published in Cake Masters Magazine, Cake Central Magazine, and Southern Celebrations Magazine, and has also won Food Network’s “Cake Wars”. Sweet Elizabeth Cake Designs also took home the award for Baton Rouge’s best wedding cake designer by Southern Celebrations magazine in 2016. With the help of her husband and his Master’s Degree in Education, Holly has begun teaching her designs and techniques to others in the cake industry both online and in person.
